Default ObamaCare is all but repealed and replaced

Here are a list tax savings for all of us:

The American Health Care Act (HR 1628) passed by the House today reduces taxes on the American people by over $1 trillion. The bill abolishes the following taxes imposed by Obama and the Democrat party in 2010 as part of Obamacare:

-Abolishes the Obamacare Individual Mandate Tax which hits 8 million Americans each year.

-Abolishes the Obamacare Employer Mandate Tax. Together with repeal of the Individual Mandate Tax repeal this is a $270 billion tax cut.

-Abolishes Obamacare’s Medicine Cabinet Tax which hits 20 million Americans with Health Savings Accounts and 30 million Americans with Flexible Spending Accounts. This is a $6 billion tax cut.

-Abolishes Obamacare’s Flexible Spending Account tax on 30 million Americans. This is a $20 billion tax cut.

-Abolishes Obamacare’s Chronic Care Tax on 10 million Americans with high out of pocket medical expenses. This is a $126 billion tax cut.

-Abolishes Obamacare’s HSA withdrawal tax. This is a $100 million tax cut.

-Abolishes Obamacare’s 10% excise tax on small businesses with indoor tanning services. This is a $600 million tax cut.

-Abolishes the Obamacare health insurance tax. This is a $145 billion tax cut.

-Abolishes the Obamacare 3.8% surtax on investment income. This is a $172 billion tax cut.

-Abolishes the Obamacare medical device tax. This is a $20 billion tax cut.

-Abolishes the Obamacare tax on prescription medicine. This is a $28 billion tax cut.

-Abolishes the Obamacare tax on retiree prescription drug coverage. This is a $2 billion tax cut.

As a presidential candidate in 2008, Barack Obama had promised repeatedly that he would not raise any tax on any American earning less than $250,000 per year. He broke the promise when he signed Obamacare. With the passage of the House GOP bill, tens of millions of middle-income Americans will get tax relief from Obamacare's long list of tax hikes.

How many people could be affected? The Department of Health and Human Services in 2011 estimated the number of Americans with conditions that could result in insurance denials at 129 million. The ratio of those with such conditions rose sharply with age — from about 35% of Americans 18 to 24 to 86% of those 55 to 64.

As an employer that wants to grow his business, Obamacare is the single biggest obstacle to growing the company.

As the occasional user of individual health insurance, Obamacare is the single biggest joke I have ever seen. Before Obamacare I had at least 7 options to selecting my health insurance. I was paying less than $200 per month, with a $500 deductible, $10 dollar office copay, $250 emergency copay and a ton of services included. Now I pay almost $700 per month, with a $1500 deductible, $45 dollar office copay, $850 emergency copay and no additional services included from only 1 company. Everyone might have insurance but no one can afford to use it.

That overtime law is complete bs. Americans hardly use comp time as it is because they work more hours then any other civilized country on the planet. Now they will have ton of comp time that most will lose each year and no overtime pay. Fuck that!

I personally lose about 100 hours of vacation/sick/pto time each year because I don't have time to take it. I used to be able to sell some of it back, 120 hours each year but company eliminated that. Even if I could sell it back I'd get paid 1x my wage instead of 1.5x that ot pays. Fucking bureaucrats and their big business policies.

3 more years and Democrats will reverse all this clown's ideas. I think I'll survive.

As an employer: giving my employees more options of their choosing is a great thing for them and for me. I have 4 employees that get 7 hours of OT a week. If they wanted to (not that they would as they like cash) bank and use it for some time off instead, I would have no problem with that. I would actually encourage it. It absolutely amazes me that progressive, liberal democrats honestly think that they know what is better in 100% of every situation then the individual. I guess it makes sense because Democrats have always liked slavery whether it is a person or government that is doing the owning and controlling. I guess the Democrats are the new crackers in the new century.

Ah never mind I misread as employers instead of employees having a choice. As long as we get to chose I stead of our company that's not bad. Choice is always good to have.

I believe it's fairly well proven that in today's society, most employees (notably new) prefer the option of time off to more pay. This is especially true in my industry. Companies that do not offer flexible hours/time or an alternative work schedule (9/80, 4-10s) are having difficulty with retention of younger employees.

24 million people is a bullshit number to start with. Add to that the deductibles are now so high that no-one can afford to use the insurance in the first place.

I've said it many times before that I'm financially conservative. I hate the 'tax and spend' political ideology. It's very easy for a politician to be popular if they promise 'free' stuff to people. On the other hand, it's very difficult (and unpopular) for a politician to try to keep spending in check.

Kinda like when we were growing up. We loved mom because she would give us money whenever we asked, but asshole dad usually said no.

Umm you do know what a Nazi is don't you? Do you know what socialism is? You political views imply that you are either a Nazi, which is a socialist, Communist or a slave master.

^ I don't have any political views as I don't give enough of a fuck to pointlessly argue with no end in sight, this retarded forum is 90% political bullshit and I'm a little bored at work which is why I bothered to say anything.
