Happy Birthday Major Richard Winters, Commander of Easy Company - 101st Airborne

I would like to extend Happy Birthday wishes to Major Richard 'Dick' Winters.
Major Winters is 92 today.
Without men like Major Winters the world would be a much different place.

He was commander of Easy Company - 101st Airborne during WWII.

Despite all of his heroic actions throughout WWII he has never been awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor. None of the other members of Easy Company have been awarded a CMOH, either.
