It's quite amazing how the family of the guy was "unaware" that he attempted to commit suicide numerous times. Same with the guy @ Virginia Tech. The relatives float in the clouds and think everything's perfect until shit hits the fan. So they find somebody to blame. Someone had to be wrong. I don't care if they decide to prosecute or not, but if they do and they fail, the judge ought to quadruple their court fines and multiply by 10 so that someone learns that being a depressed shitbag who pushes his gloomy thoughts about suicide onto everyone else, whether they want it or not, carries consequences.
