this isn't that unheard of....during election night, I saw that in I think it was West Palm Beach? They had this funky ballot, where you had to "connect the arrow" it was basically like this:

and you had to make it

So if someone put an x or a check mark, it would not be counted...
they need ONE basic ballot and just to make it as simple as possible

Honestly the ballot in MN was not that damn difficult. Anyone that went to school and had to do a scantron test could do it. They even gave an example that it had to be fully filled in not an x or scribbled through. It's that voters fault for not following the directions. And yes, I voted for Franken.
