I noticed this was on this morning, too, and it was USA vs USA. Then later I saw that we won all 3 medals; is no other country dumb enough to have a women's fencing team...?
in other countries women are not allowed to pick up a foil (sword).
the US had to be all liberal and sh!t and give women these rights they have not earned. make me breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks as needed. get me my beers. clean the house and do the laundry. put out as needed. then, biotch, if you have free time, take 5 minutes and play out your hobby.
i forgot to add - i turn to the olympic coverage every mornign and night just to see what's on. the AM men's slalom canoe was on and it was cool. also saw the last minute of women's field hockey and believe it or not it was good to watch. i root for my country whenever i can. these men and woman works their tails off!!!

But the prize goes to Deng Linlin (16), who's listed at 4-foot-6 and a strapping 68 pounds. She could take a nap in Yao Ming's sneaker. Poor thing's also missing a tooth. ^I was watching the Chinese gymnastics team thinking exactly that: "Man, these kids look like they're 10 or 12." I didn't even realize there was an age limit for olympic gymnasts. That 16 year old US gymnast looked wayyy older than the Chinese team. Not saying I know anything about cheating or conspiracy, but hell they look young.

Here's an interesting little wrinkle that China will try to explain away. The State run newspaper listed He's age as 13.
I bet the IOC doesn't even look into it or if they do they won't take any medals away from the Chinese.

It gave her age as 13 and reported that she beat Yang Yilin on the uneven bars at those games. In the final, "this little girl" pulled off a difficult release move on the bars known as the Li Na, named for another Chinese gymnast, Xinhua said in the report, which appeared on one of its Web sites,
