And yet climate "scientists" are saying in 10 years most of the land will be underwater and hurricanes' will be forming every week and will be 1 billion times stronger than they are now.

The U.S. Sec. of Defense strongly disagrees with you...

10-20-30 years from now if the weather and climate are basically unchanged from what we have today, what would be your explanation?

it's already happening. weather and more importantly, environments are changing at unprecedented rates due to rising overall temperatures:

Coral bleaching: Extreme heat pushes parts of the Great Barrier Reef beyond recovery - Science News - ABC News

West Antarctic ice melt is now ?unstoppable,? NASA report says | Al Jazeera America

The Polar Ice Caps are Melting - Fact or Myth?

imo, we are reaching the tipping point a lot quicker than scientists thought just 20 years ago. thanks to better satellite imaging and computer models, we get accurate info a lot quicker.

climate is like a teeter-totter...things warm up and cool down, all over spans of hundreds, if not thousands of years, allowing environments to adapt and adjust.
human contribution has made one kid super fat. like cartman fat.

You remind me of the typical bible thumper that screams jesus is coming and that we had better believe it.

Let's try a reality check.....

Has anyone here ever personally experienced a man-made climate change event? If so, please tell your experience.

Yes, I pissed in the driveway after 12 beers and all of the snow melted....I felt so guilty, I went into the yard and fucked a tree.

the fuck is a 'man-made' climate change event? go take your straw-man argument and go shove it up you know where. comparing scientists with bible-thumpers? really? sure go ignore literally thousands of PEER-REVIEWED studies tying increased carbon in our atmosphere with increasing temperatures. your apparent anti-intellectualism displayed is pathetic.

it's your choice to go stick your head in the sand. the flat-assed state of florida is one of the first states to experience negative effects of rising sea levels:

http://www.dep.state.fl.us/oceanscou...level_rise.pdf

I guess this explains your refusal to believe the science: Neil deGrasse Tyson on climate change deniers - Business Insider

but hey, I'm just a shill for those evil scientists with their secret anti-petroleum agenda, because, you know all those filthy rich billionaire scientists are all in on this...

The storm moved more inland than they expected, what the fuck does that have to do with global warming? Looks like politics is going to be interjected into every fucking thread we have now.

edit: just saw his "budget" so fuck the EPA so we can dump shit into our water, air and dirt because climate change is fictitious. So one of the smartest men on the planet, Neil DeGrasse Tyson is a lunatic? LO-fucking-L. I guess he has to pay his rich friends who build war machines and build his cowardly wall somehow.

Are his supporters are retarded as he is? If you're old and sick you're fucked under his new plan. If only his illegal immigrant wife lived with him we could spend the $185 wasted on that cunts security for actually making America great again... nah, let's line our pockets, rich white guys.

It's crazy how the world's weather/climate became political and a source of tax revenue.

Last year the US paid the United Nations 1 billion dollars to fight climate change and we're on the hook to pay them another 2 billion.

^ Busted link, plus paying the UN for that was dumb as hell. I'm just saying if you know dumping shit in rivers or in a local case the Chesapeake Bay, is wrong then why cut funding by 33%? If it goes thru the whole watershed project here will be eliminated. The ecosystem was disgusting 20 years ago, finally have more blue crabs than ever, them bitches are delicious, I don't want to see it go back to being a polluted dump. I'm sure Trump will make money off it somehow. Obama put us in debt everywhere, Trump is looking to line his and his backers pockets, fuck them both.

I'm with you on water pollution in the lakes, river, bays, and beaches. I'd gladly pay more taxes to see a tangible difference being made getting them clean and stop or at least reduce as much as possible the shit that's causing the problems. Same goes with cleaning up our air.

As for carbon dioxide, I couldn't give two fucks about it......let the trees take care of it like they have for hundreds of millions of years. Paying the UN billions of US taxpayer dollars because of CO2 is fucking idiotic.

Ok......I have a simple counterpoint this question.

You are asking for an explanation in case the forecasters and scientists are wrong and the weather is the same in 10-20-30 years. Fair enough.

But what if they are right?

Fair counterpoint. If they are/were right and the world's climate goes to shit in 10-20-30 years it will mean we didn't do enough or never actually had any control in the first place.

If they are/were wrong, based on the 3 billion dollars already marked to the UN from US taxpayers, then the total sum of wasted money would be in the hundreds of billions for nothing (for US taxpayers anyway).

If climate change/global warming advocates want to involve everyone, then all of these climate taxes/fees need to go away. As of now, it's all being driven by billions and billions of cash.

<Edit>
Thorsten Herdan, the leftist German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy told BBC News that the world can’t stabilize CO2 emissions without making polluters pay.

The fucking EU wants countries to pay (global taxes) for their carbon dioxide "pollution." They can suck a dick while paying their own EU CO2 taxes.

Germany to push for carbon price at G20 - BBC News

I'd rather be broke and have a planet to live on than be rich and dead.
