07 Armada Window and Sat Radio Problems

I've got a 2007 Armada, LE with NAV system and satellite radio. I've got two nagging problems...First one is the passenger side window. When using the auto up feature on the front pax window the window goes to the top then immediately goes down a couple of inches on its own. The tech at the dealership told me to hold the auto up button for 10 seconds and that would fix the problem. That did not fix the problem. Has anyone else had this problem and know a fix for it?

Second problem is my satellite radio. When both the song title and artist are displayed it will only display part of the title and artist. Meanwhile, three quarters of the screen is unused, it looks like a glitch in the computer or something. Anyone had this problem happen?

hmm....all i can say is have your dealer look at this because thats pretty odd

My window on the QX4, driver side, will go up MUCH, MUCH slower than all the other windows, and sometimes after going up about 3 inches, it will just start coming back down. When it is raining and the window is wet, its never a problem. Very odd. Sounds somewhat similar to your issue, so if you find anything out, let me know please!

sounds like on the windows, they are getting some resistence somewhere. they have to have the auto down safety on auto up windows. if something gets caught, like your arm and it detects the resistance, it will go back down some to free it. If the window is set too high in the track somehow, it will hit the top too soon and read resistance and put it back down.

On the first problem. it is the pinch detection. it thinks that its hitting an obstacle and coming back down. It doesnt know its at the top. you need to reprogram it. like the tech said. roll the window down to half way. then press and hold up. when it reaches the top. hold it for another 15 seconds. not sure if you need to do it down also. should solve your problem.

on the sat im not sure. I know that XM is limited by their technology to only display a certain number of characters for each line of information so song titles and artist names are exceed this character limit get cut off.
