so some lady hit my car last night with her blazer and im pisssed off. had the dealership look atit todayi and they said its gonna be like 7300 dollars in damage. frame is bent, one door is locked shut and my driver side door is messed up cause it wont open right. bumper needs to be replaced and the q-panel and the doors oh and the trunk too. so i just wait and see what the insurence guy is gonna say.
yeh im alright besides some back pain but it was a 02 gle. naw they didnt total it i went to the dealer and they asked 7300 to fix it just waitting oon the appraiser to come and take a look at it. the frame was bent but he said the could fix it. i am just worried about how well they will fix it cause i have been hearing stuff about the nissan dealerships f***ing with peoples cars. i just hope they got some people that got experience on the frame part you know.
they messed up thingis that when i had my 98 i30 i was hit by a 96ish blazer and yesturday when i had the wreck i was hit by a 04 blazer i just dont know what it is about the blazer and my cars. but i was pretty mad i only had the car for like 3 months i guess april fools joke was on me what a day it was.
Sorry but you're getting screwed; that car books for around 12K and the damage needs to be 60% of that value to be totaled. Plus you have a bent frame? They are just trying to avoid paying off the car and you will get left with a Mickey Moused POS that will never drive or look the same.
so yeh they didnt total it i called the shop today and they are getting started oh the dealerhship i took my max to seems to be a good shop since many recommend it i know i probably should have gone to a frame specialist but i guess ill wait now but if they dont replace it right definatly taking it to a specialist.
i went and looked at my car today looked like it was ready to go it needs the rear window and a clean up atleast i hopethats my car. so ill probably be getting it back soon pretty excited i cant wait.

naw its all fixed i just havent post any pics but im going back to the shop because rear defroster is not working and alignment is off alil bit.it all paid for. they were only gonna give me 7 thousand for it if i totaled it. i love my maxi dont want to get rid off it.
