Default Rear Drum to Disc Conversion

I need to know if I can rip off the brake assembly from a spec-v and bolt it on my car?
I have a 05 nissan sentra se which has the drum brakes.

Also, anyone out there have some struts for the rear of a spec-v they want to get rid of?

And to make this really simple what parts can I take off of a spec-v and put on my se?

thanks for the time
