Tech Watch: Nissan Touts a Step Forward for Alternative-Fuel Vehicles
Nissan on Friday said it has developed the world's first inverter using silicon carbide diodes for use in alternative-fuel vehicles, including fuel-cell vehicles, electric and hybrid electric vehicles.
