What do i do?!

hey altima lovers! im new to the site iv spent i few hours trying to locate a solution for 95 240SX. its not starting. the battery and the wiring is ok, iv checked voltage at various points on the starting circiut and everything checks out from the ignition switch to the starter to the neutral switch. i need help im really frustrated. this problem has happened before. i took apart everything in the starting diagram and put it back together and it worked. i dont want to do that again has anyone had any similar problems.....could it be a relay. im getting power to everything(i.e. radio, headlights, wipers etc.)

is it the starter itself? Does the starter turn on but the car just doesn't crank over all the way or does the starter not even turn the engine at all? Starter is one of the first things I listen for if the battery and all electricity is ok.

sounds like the starter....is it even turning over, or trying to?
