Lol what an open-ended question! Help us help you:

Are you looking for basic brakes to replace your current brakes, or are you looking for a brake upgrade (i.e. bigger rotors, calipers, etc.)?

What kind of braking do you do in your 240? Just strictly street or any racing/autocross/performance driving?

The factory brake system can be optimized by using a good brand of pads, high quality rotors and fresh high quality brake fluid.
Late model 5-lug S14s('97-'98) have slightly larger rotors and use a considerably larger pad than other models.

Try superstar, they look like pretty good value.
I just ordered a set of the cheapest pads from there, haven't fitted them yet but had lots of good reviews, and only took 2 days to deliver, for free! Very Happy

you could find brakes that would fit to your car at google shopping. just try looking at there.

If your willing to convert to 5 lug (or already have a 5 lug setup) they make a conversion kit to allow the Brembo setup off a Mitsubishi Evo to bolt on.

If you want to stay in the Family, you can convert to Infiniti J30 brakes as well.

save your money. with the 5 lug conversions, youll need new wheels too.
buy a set of loaded brakes from 93-01 altima for the front. this will give you larger rotors along with bigger pads and calipers. all for about 180 bucks depending where you look. these are the same brakes that 240's come with in japan stock.
