I really don't want to spend over $100, and I have an old 12 inch JL sub all wired up, just missing the actual amp. What do you guys think?

Clarion 2 Channel Amp - Model APX401.2

Clarion's new Power series amplifiers have the flexibility and customizing options to satisfy even the hard-core tweakers. For the real tuners out there, all Clarion Power series amplifiers feature removable outer heatsinks that can be painted, powder coated, or chromed for the ultimate custom installation. You can even remove the heatsink vents for painting or leave them out altogether. Now that's trick! The performance is more than just skin deep, too, with a built-in low- and high-pass crossover, line or speaker level inputs, Bass Extender boost control, and no-sweat 2-ohm load stability. Pure, high fidelity sound reproduction is ensured with input voltage compensation circuitry, active regulator feedback, and a pulse-width regulated (PWR) power supply with huge toroidal choke coils. A high impedance differential input stage makes sure zero noise gets into your system. Beauty meats brawn in a marriage of high-tech fury!

New Heat Sink Design
Maximum Power Output 400W
Continuous Average Power Output 200W (100W x 2 into 4 Ohms 20Hz- 20kHz @0.05% THD)
Typical 2-Ohm Stereo 190W x 2 @ 0.5% THD
Typical Bridged Power 1kHz 380W @ 0.5% THD
Bass Extender Control 0~18dB @ 45Hz
Adjustable 55Hz-5.5kHz, 12dB/oct. High/Low Pass Crossover
Mixed-Mode Operation
Bridgeable 2/1 Channel Operation
Speaker Level Inputs
Double-Sided Glass Epoxy Circuit Board

Instead of those, get one of these [Only Registered Users Can See LinksClick Here To Register] (The one that best suits your subs voice coil configuration. Cheap, and quality)
