Default over spray

ok so back when i painted my tail lights, i was in a rush and clear coated my tail lights on the car (i know i know....ill NEVER be in a hurry AGAIN) but it got on the car, i taped off a fairly large area, problem was it was windy that day so it left a tape line...ive tried rubbing compoud multiple times it just dulled the area and removed a very tiny amount. if i clay bar my car will it remove most of it, if not all of it? it is the only thing on my car im embarrased about, it should have never happened.
any help on getting it off though, if it help's it was krylon fusion clear coat..

try a little clay on there. don't be too rough though. black scratches easily. so make sure you got a decent amount of water/body shine on the car before you clay it.

Clay bar is by far your answer. If you got to a local retail shop, try finding Clay Magic first, followed by Meguiar's then Mother's. These are my personal faves that are OTC. (Over the counter)

yea. clay magic is great.

for black, I'd say use the blue bar. red is too abrasive.
