Try the water/vinegar mix first.

If not, try Klasse All in One and apply by using #0000 steel wool by hand. You could also try #0000 steel wool and the water/vinegar mix as well.

Klasse All in One is an acrylic chemical cleaner. It is a polisher/protectant, hence all in one.
