One would think that since our health care sucks and yours is so great that Americans would live longer... but wait a minute, this is not the case.

Fact - Canadians live on average 3 years longer than Americans.

I've looked into it and I come to the conclusion that the life expectancy numbers is being skewed by the 45 million Americans that have no health care insurance. Sucks to be them.

No, but you do have to worry about waiting months for routine tests and exams, higher taxes and generally inferior levels of healthcare.
Other than that, you're right. It's about the same as here in the US.
