Those look nice. Maybe in a while after my house buying process settles down.

i think they are a good buy. I thought about it, but I can't justify the money right now. If I did autocross or something I would make the jump, but being just a daily driven street car i'm good with the eibachs, and hopefully some struts come out eventually to match those.

also my OCD with that many available adjustments would be a problem....

How do you adjust the height setting? I would want to set them and forget'em at the perfect height. How much stiffer vs stock?

Usually on coilovers, to adjust the spring-rate there is an adjustment screw on the top of the strut. Get there from inside the engine-bay. As for adjusting the ride height, that's usually done by adjusting a large "nut" that goes up and down the shock portion (See below, the gold ring below each spring). It will compress the spring to lower the car or allow more expansion of the spring for a higher ride.

ah,

interesting. I had the nismo suspension on my 3rd gen and it was really an awesome feeling ride compared to the eibach prokit with stock shocks/springs.

I want a trusty suspension

Yes, I won't be getting anything other than coilovers or a spring and shock combo. When buying springs on their own, like the Eibach's, not only is the ride quality crap, it'll blow out your stock struts pretty quick.

That being said, I doubt Nismo will be making a coilover set for the 4th gen, I'll be waiting though. Until then, I may get the BC's...

How long do normal coilover setups last? I'm still holding off on the BC setup, gotta spend money on other important things before the Alti gets some new legs.
