Default LICENSE PLATE LEDs SWAP (How To)

i saw this on a site and thought i would share...

Step 1. Purchase the 194 or W5W LED bulb for the license plate lights.

Step 2. You open the trunk and detach the trunk liner by removing 12 plastic tabs by using a flathead screwdriver (circled in green). Be very careful when removing the emergency release (circled in red).

Step 3. Locate the license plate light housing and turn the grey bulb holder counterclockwise (circled in green).

Step 4. Replace the stock bulb for the new LEDs and CHECK the new lights before reassembling. If it doesnt turn on, check the polarity of the LEDs. Switch the bulb by removing it and turning it 180 degrees and inserting it back in.

Step 5. Reassemble everything in the reverse order.
