My neighbor does them every year -- not the mortar type, but still some big ones that are illegal in Virginia. He got busted this year, but the cops didn't ticket him or confiscate the illegal stuff -- they just told him to stop or they would come back and cite him. Last year, though, one of them fell over and shot right between everyone's feet and into his garage and under his Camry -- that was funny as hell but it could have been really bad, especially since it went off under the storage rack where he keeps the gas for his mower. :dazed052:
